Agora Andorra International School is a private international school located in the heart of the Pyrenees. We offer full linguistic immersion, excellent educational standards, and are authorised to deliver the International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes. We are currently looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for Early Years, starting on 1st September 2026.

✅ The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Técnico Superior en Educación Infantil) or formal training as an Early Years / Teaching Assistant.
  • Minimum English level: B2 (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience working with children aged Early Years will be positively valued.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow classroom guidance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, proactive attitude.
  • Legal right to live and work in Andorra, with residency in the country being essential.
  • Availability to start on 1 September 2026.

📌 Main responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in the day-to-day organisation and management of the Early Years classroom.
  • Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students in their learning, routines, and personal development.
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage children’s independence and social skills.
  • Supervise students during lessons, transitions, and other school activities.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to support individual student needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining an orderly, stimulating, and engaging classroom environment.
