We are currently looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for Early Years, starting on 1st September 2026.
✅ The ideal candidate will have:
- Technical Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Técnico Superior en Educación Infantil) or formal training as an Early Years / Teaching Assistant.
- Minimum English level: B2 (spoken and written).
- Previous experience working with children aged Early Years will be positively valued.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow classroom guidance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, proactive attitude.
- Legal right to live and work in Andorra, with residency in the country being essential.
- Availability to start on 1 September 2026.
📌 Main responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in the day-to-day organisation and management of the Early Years classroom.
- Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students in their learning, routines, and personal development.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage children’s independence and social skills.
- Supervise students during lessons, transitions, and other school activities.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to support individual student needs.
- Contribute to maintaining an orderly, stimulating, and engaging classroom environment.
